I am a confident and talkative person, being friendly comes naturally to me. I have worked jobs in the past where I needed to have good customer which is where I was able to develop my people skills.

I have been managing customer service for an online health supplement. This includes dealing with shipping etc.. also customer complaints. 

I also worked in a cafe meaning i was working close with colleges and customers having good mannerisms and people skills.

I am on this course to help develop my skills and experiences to become an artist manager, I eventually would like to have my own business called Royal Artist Management.

- What are the skills I need to develop?

 

I need to gain more knowledge on how to control an artist and the information to be able to boost their music to a position where it should be. Organisation is a huge factor to becoming an artist manager as i have a huge responsibility, this is why I need to improve this skill.

 

1 years time my goal is to have highly achived my 1st year on this course and start a strong group of connections..

 

5 years time my goal is to have my business up and running with successful artists.

 

To progress in this industry I will need to work around in teams or work with artists to gain key information.
