In result to open evening being planned at such late notice, it had a few faults which are to be learned from which will help future experiences! The bands where not well planned and organised as it was too loud when the visitors where walking in the main entrance. It could have gone smoother if it was rehearsed and songs/ bands where scheduled. A few of my class mates did the photo booth which was a very good and fun idea however the results where that most of the people where shy and not interested as they was with their parents and it was more of a fun thing to do with friends! The tours where not organised, there was no older students that knew their way around waiting to take people on tours meaning that it left majority of visitors to just find their way around and a couple newer students including myself to help find their way which also was not very ideal as i wasn't too confident in my way around and i also had to leave the activity i was helping out at. I and two other college mates where in charge of the graffiti wall which i believe was very successful. It was very relaxed and fun as you was free to do whatever you liked on it which was very welcoming. If I could improve it in anyway I would have moved it more central however there was no real negatives from it!
