Our events management team came together to plan and put on the Christmas party which i think overall went well. The team came together at the start to help set up for example moving tables and chairs making space, setting up band equipment, decorations, speakers etc.. A fair amount of people came. The vibe was positive and good - everyone was getting involved, whether that was joining in doing the karaoke, performing in bands, dancing to the music or even just looking the part - everyone came looking and feeling festive! Our events management team did a plan sheet with a set list of times for when the spotify playlist would be on and when to then change to karaoke and bands. The schedule was stuck to and ran smoothly but as it got nearer the end everyone was just enjoying themselves and kept the karaoke going. it was quite a relaxed event however for the future the event could have been more advanced for example by adding games and competitions and perhaps a photo booth etc.. However there was no loses as no costs where made and everyone enjoyed themselves.
