Strengths:

 

A strength I have is I am very creative, I have new and fun ideas with full potential which are always 100% reachable targets if full efforts are present. I am confident and friendly and most importantly, a risk taker. I don't want to go unnoticed, I want to stand out.

Weaknesses:

 

A weakness of mine is sometimes I can be impatient and can become unconfident with my ideas which is a setback. Time keeping is also a struggle however every week i make targets to and reach to try and keep on track.

Opportunities:

 

The opportunities I have at this college are very wide, there are many facilities for example, cameras, microphones, music booths etc.. 

There are also many students I am able to do interviews with which has been great for practise and confidence. 

During covid-19, it has give me the opportunity to focus more on learning the basics on how to make a website, how to use photoshop and other editing softwares in which will help me when promoting music artists and upcoming events.

Threats:

 

However covid has not been all that useful. It has got in the way of many opportunities for events and wasted precious time. Another threat for me is my age, i am not 18, therefore not taken as seriously and not old enough for most age restricts for putting events on/ getting jobs.
