Other industry resources I will use include;
Interview Techniques:
I wanted to know, being the interviewer, some good techniques on how to make the interview go a lot smoother and how to make them feel more comfortable. Overall i wanted to understand the right way how to get the best out of your interview. I found this website very useful. I learnt that body language says a lot about you and how you make the interviewee feel. I learnt that trying to choose questions fit for the person you are interiewing and predicting how the conversation will go, makes it run a whole lot smoother.
How to use and edit on anchor:

This youtube video was the most helpful thing i used, it even let you know whereabouts in the video he was talking about doing different things, for example, how to make an account, how to record, how to trim and edit, how to add backing music (this was most helpful to me), how to share etc..!
